1. 2017 Scholar Recipient of Second Place Undergraduate Research Prize

    Last spring Isaac Klimasmith, a member of the 2017 DDCSP U of M cohort, was the second-place recipient of the Friends of the Wesleyan Library’s third annual Undergraduate Research Prize. His paper, titled “Waters in the Wilderness and Rivers in the Desert: Irrigation Myths in the History of Early Mormon Agriculture,” explores the intersection of religion and land management in Utah agriculture.
